By opting in to receive SMS messages from OUTREACH THERAPY [also known as Outreach Occupational Therapy LLC] (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from OUTREACH THERAPY for customer care purposes. OUTREACH THERAPY will send conversational messages to clients regarding appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and important service updates. These messages will be used to facilitate communication between OUTREACH THERAPY and its clients, ensuring timely information about sessions and relevant notifications. Message and Data Rates may apply. 

Message Frequency 

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive 1-2 messages per month. OUTREACH THERAPY reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. OUTREACH THERAPY and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
